Rent A Car

General Conditions

1. Deposit 15% should be made after confirmation. Deposit will be lost due to cancellation by the renter.
2. Not including petrol.
3. Domestic renter is suggested to use rent with driver service.
4. Rental rate inclusive insurance of accident damage or theft of car or any part of it, will be customers own liability up to USD 1.500.
5. The renter will be fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other the renter.
6. It is not permitted to drive the car out the Lombok island, except with special agreement.
7. Cancellation fee during the rent period will be charged IDR 25.000,-/hour for the first three hours. After three hours will be charged one day full. If the cancellation is made during long time rent period (more than one day), will be charged 50% of the total rest of the rental period.
8. Charge for car delivery points:
   • Senggigi area : no charge.
   • Lombok airport area : USD 18.
   • Lembar harbor area : USD 18.
   • Teluk Kodek harbor area : USD 12.
   • Bangsal harbor area : USD 15.

Rent A Car With Driver

1. Please inform us about the itinerary in advance.
2. If it is overnight, the renter should provide lodging and meal for the driver.

Rent A Motorbike

4. Rental rate inclusive insurance of accident damage or theft of car or any part of it, will be customers own liability up to USD 250.
5. The renter will be fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the motorbike to be driven by a person other than renter.
6. It is not permitted to drive the motorbike out the Lombok island (except with special agreement).
7. Cancellation fee during the rent period will be charged IDR 10.000,- / hour for the first three hours. After three hours will be charged one day full. If the cancellation is made during long time rent period (more than one day), will be charged 50% of the total rest of the rental period.

Fast Boat Transfer

1. Deposit 15% should be made after confirmation. Deposit will be lost due to cancellation from the customer.
2. Please be on location 30 minutes before departure.
3. The cancellation until 2 weeks prior to departure will no charge. Between 2 week and 1 week prior to departure 50% of the ticket amount will be charged. Between 1 week and 24 hours prior to departure 75% of the ticket amount will be charged. 24 hours prior to departure or no show full amount charge.

Biking Trip
